As Requested, Respawn’s Top 5 List

Respawn Goes to the Range
Posted by Abbie Heppe on Aug 3, 2011One of my first “field trips” at Respawn was heading out to Wes Thompson’s Piru Rifle Range in Piru, California to record audio with our fantastic sound guy, Ed Lima. Ed has been doing videogame sound for 12 years now and worked on projects like Infinity Blade, RAGE, Borderlands and Doom 3 among many others. Moving Day…

We’ve had to knock down a few walls to accommodate our expanding team here, so today the artists moved into their brand new art pit (pictured). I joined the company on the very last day of January 2011. True story, I got hit by a van while riding my bike the day after my final interview with Respawn and the next day I got flowers and a “Get well soon” card with a job offer.
